Ingredients

• 40ml Ecology & Co Asian Spice
• 60ml Assam Tea
• 20ml Manuka Honey
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Apple Juice

Glass & Garnish

• Coupette Glass
• Dehydrated Apple or Citrus Slice or Mint Leaf

Method

• Brew Assam tea
• Melt Manuka honey and mix in lemon and apple juice
• Add Ecology & Co Asian Spice and honey syrup to Assam tea
• Shake in a cocktail shaker
• Strain into glass
• Garnish with dehydrated apple slice, citrus slice or mint leaf
